From here you will find everything you need to know about us, and if you check the sidebar on the right (just below the music player) you can see that we have some new profiles on other social networks than MySpace. Be sure to check them out!

We will be using this website as our main communication channel, so all the latest news, thoughts, blog posts, announcements, gigs, appearances etc. will be always posted first on this website. You might also want to subscribe to our RSS feed if you want to know the latest news asap – the RSS feed includes updates from our YouTube channel, Flickr photos and this website. If you don’t know what the RSS feed actually is read this or watch this.

If you want to leave comments on the blog posts and announcements on this website (and we really want you to), just click the title of the post first and then scroll down to the bottom of the post page and there you will see the comments and the comment form. You can also leave comments on every gig by clicking the date of the gig on the tour page.

Another big announcement is our brand new street team network. It is built using NING and it basically is a social network created around 51/50s. After you sign up you will have your own page which you can customize and you can also share your videos and photos with the other street team members. We will be hanging out there a lot and spend some time with our most loyal fans, so be sure to sign up! There will also be exclusive content and competitions available only for the street team members, but more about that later.

At this point we would like to have your opinions about the website and the street team area in order to get some ideas how to improve them for you. In the end this website and the street team are built for you – the fans of 51/50s – so be sure to give at least some feedback.
